Payment

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. 

The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, if payment is not made by this time the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and maintain the deposit.

Check In & Check out

Arrival instructions will be emailed well before your arrival. You may arrive from 3pm for check in. Please check out of the property by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Parking

There is space for 2 cars to park right in front of the property, parking is free. 

​

Cancellations

If you need to cancel let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-let the dates. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are refundable minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable unless we can re-let the dates.

Pets

We welcome well behaved dogs in The Stables. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas.

Please let us know if you require a dog bed or any walk recommendations.  There is grass and forest on the doorstep, however, note there is no fully fenced in garden area.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of £300 is due 24 hours prior to arrival and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as no damage is incurred.
